All our products are made to order using Tpop's and Printful printing and fulfillment services in Europe (mainly Ireland, France and Spain). Processing time varies depending on the product type and current order volume.
Typically, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. If your order hasn't finished processing within 5 business days, please contact us on info@thegoodvirgo.ie or through our contact page.
Shipping Time:
We offer several shipping options through Printify's European partner carriers, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the selected shipping method, and can vary from 3 to 10 business days. If you haven't received your order within 15 business of the order date, please contact us on info@thegoodvirgo.ie or through our contact page.
Order Tracking:
We will enable you to track your order or provide updates manually depending on the available and chose delivery services.
Returns, Exchanges and Escalations
